Important: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify, under 48 hours, that payment corresponds to what should have been paid and that payment has well been done. No reclamation can be made to MIPS after 48 hours.
Order timing – Last Order on the eve of delivery date and cut-off time is 15:00 for delivery the next day . For example if someone in the region of Flacq orders at 14:00 on Monday, we will deliver the order on Tuesday but if the order is placed at 16:00, the order will be delivered the Tuesday of following week.
We deliver everywhere around the island. Our delivery schedule is as follows:
Monday – Centre
Wednesday – North
Thursday – South
Delivery (Billable of Free)- For a Minimum Order of Rs. 3,000 delivery is Free of Charge, otherwise delivery fee is Rs 500
Reimbursement: We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect. We will be in contact with you on the details you provided within 2-3 working days.
